IGT is seeking an efficient and committed Material Handler - Finished Goods I to join our team at our Reno logistics facility. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with materials and equipment, and to learn the streamlined processes that keep our operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for moving raw materials, supporting production lines, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, light equipment, and handheld tools to efficiently move materials and parts throughout the facility.
- Use SAP and other computer systems to document processes, maintain accurate records, and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of electronic gaming machines to identify and report any cosmetic defects.
- Assist in keeping production lines running smoothly by storing and organizing incoming freight.
- Maintain and organize inventory in designated work areas to ensure accurate stock levels and readiness for production or delivery.
- Participate in ongoing certification and training to safely and effectively operate all powered industrial truck equipment.
- Follow and uphold all safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience.
- Up to 1 year of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on warehousing and inventory control.
- Ability to pick parts quickly and accurately, even when working under tight deadlines.
- Able to walk, bend, lift, and safely maneuver up to 50 lbs. for the entirety of the shift.
- Experience moving heavy workloads using nonpowered and powered material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $19/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
