Summary The Information Technology Support Specialist will help to maintain personal computers, workstations, servers, etc., throughout the corporation. He/She will assist in all aspects of IT, including documenting IT processes and procedures. Essential Functions Troubleshoot, update, and maintain PCs, workstations, and servers as requested and directed. Data entry into ERP and Intranet systems as needed. Build and troubleshoot PC-based CNC computers for customers and projects. Possess an associate degree in Information Technology or a relevant field, or applicable experience. Maintain, troubleshoot, and install Windows desktops and servers. Provide MS365 end-user support. Supervisory Responsibility None Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on job duties. Travel Travel is not required, except for movement between company locations when necessary. Required Education and Experience Associate degree in Information Technology or a relevant field. Experience with Windows desktop and server maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation. Knowledge of networking infrastructure, including wiring, switches, and routers.
