Working with the Sales Director to track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives and make data-driven adjustments. Administration:
Working with the Sales Director to ensure people, system, and process administration tasks are followed and up to date. Challenge the status quo and suggest areas for improvement. Drive revenue and volume growth in line with the overall business plan and Sales and Commercial strategy. Actively build relationships and be accountable for sales and contract negotiations of all packaging products and services across your region. Ensure a healthy pipeline and Customer Satisfaction across your region while understanding our competitor profiles in those markets. Own and deliver your budget and ensure successful achievement of all monthly sales targets. Collaborate across functions in IPL to ensure demand and appropriate short- and long-term forecasts are understood and can be delivered, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction. In collaboration with other functions and teams, ensure price costing systems are accurate to ensure correct pricing and margins for the market and region. In collaboration with marketing, drive activities to grow our brand and drive sales opportunities. Active participation in regular sales and marketing meetings. Provide market intelligence on a regular basis & support the overall packaging business development reports in your region. What you will bring to the role: 3 years of experience working within a similar environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Excellent consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage projects. Highly self-motivated. Ability to collaborate and bridge across functional boundaries. Strong business acumen, process-focused, and previous experience with systems. Ability to perform consistently with IPL Values. Ability to travel as needed.
