Hours of Available Positions:
Evening shift (4pm-12am) 40 hours per week
Full-time, every other weekend availability required. Some on-call time.
Compensation:
$25.00-27.00/hour depending on experience and education
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and strong communicator Enjoys conducting groups and is an effective team member Ability to pass MVR, maintain a valid driver's license, insurance, and maintain background study clearance Prior Leadership and IRTS Experience Preferred Course Qualifications for Lead Mental Health Practitioners:
Course Work Qualification Set
30 semester hours AND 2000 supervised hours Behavioral Health or related field
OR
Completed Practicum or Internship in Behavioral Sciences or Related Field
Work Experience Qualification Set
4000 supervised hours Behavioral Health or related field
OR
2000 supervised hours AND Receives weekly clinical supervision from MHP
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Train and direct employees, including coaching staff on admission documents, daily encounter documentation, incident reports, treatment documentation and discharge documentation Development of Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), Functional Assessments, educational Group Outlines and coaching staff on assisting recipients with community-based paperwork General knowledge of community resources, professional documentation writing, 245i requirements, mandated reporting requirements and confidentiality Complete tasks as assigned which may include: payroll data, staff meeting (agenda, ancillaries and tracking attendance), recipient group tracking; running shift meeting, identifying and prioritizing individual recipient needs, assigning duties to individual staff, performing MHPR duties as needed (running groups, conducting encounters, etc.) Provide feedback to and coordinate with the Treatment Director and/or Clinical Director Benefits:
