IT Integration Project Manager - Temporary role Job Responsibilities Integrations:
Project Management: Lead the integration projects across all functional areas with predefined school integration timelines. Engagement Planning: Collaborate with the Regional Application Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Regional Business Function Managers, and Regional IT Director to support project engagements. This includes validating the current state, identifying quick wins, and coordinating efforts with other regional schools. Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of IT-related activities across both IT and business functions, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and manage risks, coordinate with manager mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Reporting & Data Analysis:
Standard Operating Procedures Compliance: Ensure that all schools adopt Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Enterprise Applications within the specified timeframes, providing guidance and support as needed. Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support regional IT reporting needs. Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for regional IT leadership. Service Management
Change Management Support: Support the change management process by assisting in the review, approval, and implementation of changes to applications, ensuring minimal disruption to services. Security and Compliance: Support efforts to maintain application security and compliance by helping identify and address security vulnerabilities. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of application services and support processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness General Responsibilities

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils. Willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required. Responsible for other duties as assigned. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, infrastructure and administration or related field Fluent / conversational in Spanish / Portuguese Demonstrated experience as an IT Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully leading and delivering IT projects Experience in creating, deploying, and maintaining standard operating procedures for IT and business processes Expertise in communications and change management across multiple locations and functions, ensuring consistent and clear messaging Extensive training and knowledge of computer software, including enterprise applications and IT systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with team members, management, and end users at all organizational levels Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
