Overview
We're looking for an entry-level IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team. You'll help employees with day-to-day tech issues, set up new hire equipment, and support basic IT systems. If you're tech-savvy, a good communicator, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Answer help desk calls and respond to support tickets
Help with setting up laptops and software for new hires
Troubleshoot computer, printer, and network issues
Provide support through Microsoft Teams and in person
Maintain and track IT equipment like loaner laptops
Occasionally travel to nearby sites for support
What We're Looking For:
0-1 years of IT help desk or tech support experience
Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365
Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong time management and communication skills
Willing to learn and work as part of a team
Nice to Have:
Experience with ServiceNow or another ticketing system
Basic networking or wireless troubleshooting skills
Education:
A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus, but not required
