Required Skills:
Implementation experience in Quote to Cash flow using Conga CLM Collaborate with clients to understand their contract management needs and provide tailored solutions. ct as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Conga CLM features, updates, and industry trends. Utilize programming and scripting skills to enhance and automate the Conga CLM platform. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and FAQs. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of the Conga CLM solution. Experience with implementation and architecture of large-scale multi-business unit CLM implementations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and has a strong ability to work in a team. Customize Conga CLM based on client-specific requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance needs. Develop and implement CLM workflows, templates, and reports. Integrate Conga CLM with other enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms. Good to have knowledge of Conga AI. Certifications in. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 (Must have). Salesforce Certified Javascript Developer 1 (Must have). Conga/Apttus CLM Certification ( Must have).
