Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to support our environment. This role is a strategic opportunity to help capture market share from a key competitor, ConvergeOne, by delivering high-impact UC solutions and mentorship.
As a UC Engineer, you will be one of two on-site UC resources. Your responsibilities will be diverse, including:
Ticket resolution and troubleshooting Engineering and project-based work Mentorship and training of a junior UC team member System migration, including a major project to re-IP and integrate systems into the our network
Current Environment
UC Platform: Avaya (Voice/Call Center) Location: On-site in Duluth, MN (minimal travel ~5%) Remote Work: Limited flexibility; primarily on-site

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
