Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Incentive Compensation (IC) Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the client as a consultant to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation. This role will use an understanding of corporate, product strategy and operational / compliance constraints to deliver the IC plan best drive desirable behavior and produce performance. The associate also supports on all IC related ad hoc analytics and field reporting.
Job Description Support the development of incentive programs and field reports that motivate the sales force and drive results Support on IC contest design and contest reports design that align to the strategic objectives outlined by clients Deliver IC performance tracking and analysis of the effectiveness of IC Plan implementation Assist on forward looking analyses predicting impact of updates to plan Support all IC related field inquiries, investigate issues, devise solutions, and provide education and training on IC topics Conduct monthly IC health check to ensure appropriate incentives, attainable goals, and to monitor performance against established plans. Forms recommendations for future updates and changes to meet short and long needs of field force Support on all IC related documentation and communication Develop and present findings and recommendations to key internal and external teams Conduct data validation, integration and data management of various data sources including IQVIA/Symphony national and hcp-plan level sales data, call and sample data, promotion related data, APLD, DDD, claims data, etc. Requirements 2+ years' hands-on experience supporting incentive compensation in the life science industry Excellent business acumen and analytical skills, able to understand business situation and needs, come up with ideas and solutions and generate insights/recognize multiple points of impact as a result of implementing Knowledge of IQVIA/Symphony Health and other industry data sources, such as payer and Specialty Pharmacy data Professional programming skills with SAS. Tableau and Alteryx experience are plus. High attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Ability to proactively identify new opportunities and solutions Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) MA/MS degree required in statistics, biostatistics, or other quantitative analysis fields KMK Consulting, Inc.
