As a Interstate Therapy Solutions Physical Therapist Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in our growing practice, impacting lives while shaping your own success. Join our collaborative and talented team of physical, occupational and speech therapists today! Our state of the art hospital in Valencia CA is looking a talented PT to lead our Inpatient department. Gain great Leadership experience working with a ADOR & DOR that have over 20 years experience each in the inpatient department within an already succesful hospital.
You'll achieve success by: - Lead, train, & develop a team of PT's, PTA's, & Aide's. Weekly meetings with hospital leadership. - Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person - Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns - Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes - Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury - Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed Qualifications: - Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in insert state - CPR and first aid certification required Who We Are: IncreMedical is a member of the Confluent Health family of physical and occupational therapy companies. Requirements: - Passion around serving others! - California license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license. - 3 years Inpatient licensed Physical Therapist experience - Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapists encouraged to apply. EOE
