Job Description:
Simplotel is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for North America. You will play a critical role in expanding Simplotel's presence in the region. You will focus on developing relationships with hospitality businesses, identifying new business opportunities, and driving adoption of Simplotel’s solutions. This is a strategic role that requires a blend of business development, sales expertise, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Leverage your personal network with boutique, independent hotels and hotel management companies to identify and connect with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
Develop and implement strategies to enter untapped markets and expand Simplotel's footprint.
Postulate effective strategies to drive our product into new markets, including collaborating with partners to assist with lead generation.
Generate leads through cold calling, outreach, and follow-up on marketing leads, while expanding business from the company’s existing client base and partners.
Attend hotel summits and represent Simplotel at industry events to build a stronger network and foster key relationships.
Travel extensively for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop and strengthen relationships.
Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in hotel-technology sales, with a well-established network within the hospitality industry to foster new business opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of hotel technology solutions, market trends, and the North American hospitality market.
Self-starter with the ability to generate leads, cold call, schedule meetings, and engage with hoteliers.
Extremely organized, goal-driven, and upholding high ethical standards.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
