Qualifications: Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Excellent problem-solving skills and detail oriented to coordinate/follow up requests Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in fast pace environment Strong written and oral communication skills to understand the needs of customers and internal stakeholders A team player with the ability to self-manage and flexibility for various tasks Duties/Responsibilities: Assist account manager/sales team to meet the performance target to provide an efficient and comprehensive service Support account manager/sales team in handling of inquiries, orders, issues, shipment, tracking, and general follow up Works cross functionally with manufacturing and management teams and resolving issues timely as required Proactively interface with customers and serve as a point of main contact as requested Coordinate sales related activities and maintain/monitor accurate data with efficiency Prepare sales operation reports and presentation materials as requested Support sales administrative related functions Exercise creative thinking and apply experiences to improve processes as needed Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, SAP and/or other CRM applications Experience in B2B, tech industries preferred Previous 2+ years of experience supporting sales management preferred Seniority level
