Job Title: Lead Service/Installation Technician
Location: Commerce City, CO
Schedule: M-F 7AM-3:30PM (or until done) 40 hours per week OT available

Job Overview:
As a Lead Service/Installation Technician, you will be responsible for running service calls, installations, and equipment startups for a variety of equipment that we service and sell. This position requires hands-on troubleshooting and repair work, as well as direct customer interaction to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure customers are satisfied with service and installation, including work quality, job completion time, professionalism, and overall experience.
- Installation and Repair: Install and repair equipment accurately, following manufacturer specifications.
- Paperwork Completion: Accurately complete all necessary documentation, including time sheets and descriptions of work performed.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs, including wiring and startup testing of equipment.
- Training & Supervision: Provide training and supervision for other technicians, as required.
- Industry Focus: Work within the material handling and door industry, with a primary focus on dock equipment and doors.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Pay: Negotiated based on experience and skills.
