Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to interns, managers, and stakeholders.
- Manage intern program activities and build relationships across internal and external partners.
- Monitor and respond to emails related to the intern program.
- Support coordination and logistics for recruiting events.
- Deliver front-line support to interns and hiring managers via email and case management systems.
- Drive operational efficiency by streamlining processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external clients, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, or international environment.
- Skilled in high-volume scheduling or multi-site calendar management.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Text to Columns, and Delimited Formulas).
