at its

International Clinic, as part of the Center for Global Health & Healing (CGHH)

program. Saint Alphonsus Medical Group - International Clinic

provides a special focus on the medical needs of families and individuals who have resettled in our community through refugee resettlement and other forms of immigration. The International Clinic strives to provide respectful, trauma informed, culturally responsive and equitable care for all families in the Treasure Valley. The clinic serves a diverse group of patients who have come from around the globe. The clinic utilizes several programs to help reduce current barriers to care, such as home visits, partnership with the Saint Alphonsus CARE Clinic, Saint Alphonsus Community Interpreter services and numerous other community agencies. Traditional clinic work week, M-F; no less than 26 hours of scheduled patient contact time Call:

Practice call (phone only) shared with other eligible members in the SAMG Department of Family Medicine (Currently ~1:40). Support:

24/7 CRNA Anesthesia; Level IV Trauma Center; ED; Saint Alphonsus FM clinic on-site; community primary care and specialty clinics; SAHS specialty physicians rotate in outreach, larger system resources. Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program. Board certification through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) ( or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment ).
