The Design and Projects (D&P) Leader is responsible for planning and delivering Office Fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to Design principles and the D&P Playbook throughout all project phases. This role will lead technical and strategic aspects of major RE Projects in selected locations, coordinating with the Regional Real Estate Leader and Project Managers. The role will also oversee project performance, budget, scope, and timeline compliance, and may involve other regions or the D&P Centre of Excellence as needed. Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver office construction and fit-out projects across designated regions. Identify future office requirements in collaboration with Regional Leaders and contribute to business case development and project conceptualization. Oversee all project phases, including procurement, design review, budget control, and stakeholder approvals. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project implementation from initiation to closeout. Act as the primary contact for project-related matters, advising internal stakeholders on real estate issues. Resolve project issues and escalate when necessary. Drive design and project initiatives, share knowledge, and promote consistency within the team. Generate value through cost savings, brand enhancement, and sustainability initiatives. Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety standards. Apply consistent processes and policies, escalating risks as needed. Support the Global RES agenda, goal setting, and target achievement. Develop and maintain project reporting for region and country leadership. Manage performance of project partners and service agreements. Support Regional Real Estate Leaders with D&P requests and reporting. Share best practices and pursue personal development. To qualify for the role you must have
Minimum 5 years senior management experience in design and construction within professional services or large multinational corporations. Experience managing multicultural and virtual teams. Degree or Master’s qualification in a related discipline. Experience delivering large office projects across multiple geographies. Ideally, you’ll also have
Willingness to travel within North America and attend global meetings. Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English. Experience managing senior stakeholders and clients. Leadership skills to motivate multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to lead change and influence stakeholders. What We Offer
