Job Description
As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods. You will conduct regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
Responsibilities
Count and verify stock levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
Identify and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
Investigate the cause of inventory variances and report findings to management.
Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and Manufacturing Coordinator to support inventory management initiatives.
Work with various departments to ensure proper inventory management and control.
Utilize Business Central to record and maintain accurate inventory, including locations and shelf numbers.
Identify and support process improvement opportunities to reduce inventory errors and increase efficiency.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to locate misplaced items or resolve stock issues.
Monitor and report on trends or patterns in inventory discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for inventory control.
Assist in preparing inventory reports for management.
Participate in physical inventory counts during major stocktaking events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
1-3 years of experience as a Cycle Counter in a manufacturing environment.
Forklift experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work independently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to provide innovative solutions and be proficient at root cause analysis.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
