Oversee and maintain purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate tracking. Process, enter, and pay invoices, verifying and securing appropriate approvals. Build positive donor relationships and manage donation intake processes. Record and reconcile donations within the CRM system accurately. Perform data entry, corrections, and detailed research tasks. Support audit preparation and assist in compiling financial reports. Accounting Specialist Job Requirements: Demonstrated experience in accounting, AP processes, and managing donations. Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced data management skills. Knowledge of accounting principles in a non-profit environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations. Must be a follower of Jesus Christ, with a servant heart for mission and nurturing believers.
