Investment Operations | Salt Lake City Area An independent wealth advisory firm specializing in tailored investment management and family office services is seeking an Investment Officer to support the CIO and the team. Responsibilities: Provide general support to the CIO Manage alternative investment statement extraction and performance tracking Oversee portfolio management, including rebalancing, trade execution, and cash management. Create, analyze, and troubleshoot Addepar client reports Maintain and update Addepar attribute security classifications Manage account sleeving in Eclipse (trading software) Coordinate and oversee SMA managers Assist with alternative manager due diligence and maintain data records/files Support internal municipal bond SMA trade execution and management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Financial Statistics and Reporting Organized, process-oriented thinker Strong understanding of investment products, including public markets and alternatives Experience with Salesforce, Addepar (reporting), and Eclipse (Orion) trading platform preferred Total compensation is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications, with an expected total of around $120K, structured as base salary, individual bonus, and a profit-sharing/variable compensation component.
