Per Diem Registered Nurse - Home Health Part-time Jet Health, Inc / Klarus Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. We are looking for PRN RNs who are passionate about providing quality home health care to our community-based patients from Dallas to Duncanville, TX. At Jet Health / Klarus Home Health we strive to create a sense of belonging for all our employees and are committed to offering services that ensure our geriatric patients have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity. Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Provide case management and coordination of care. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet. Home Health experience and Oasis knowledge highly preferred. Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice.
