Exempt Summary:
The CPO Retail Support Manager will report directly to the Director, Fleet and Remarketing and will manage CPO / Branded product programs, contracts and contests (currently with JM&A). This position will also take an active role in CPO monthly incentive budgeting and program building with KMF. Major Responsibilities: Manage JM&A relationship to maximize CPO / Branded Product contract sales and penetration rate, by increasing dealer participation. Assist in development of field contests, dealer contests and training courses in order to assist regions in attaining objectives. Coordinate ongoing Digital activities with Kia’s National Digital Team. Communicate Digital results and opportunities to Corporate Staff, Regions and Dealers. Manage and direct the CPO Retail Support Administrator. Daily Support for Regions. Manage and enhance Region relationships. Responsibilities include working with regions to increase dealer engagement in CPO and branded contract sales. Increase dealer interest and participation in CPO and branded products. Achieve revenue and delivery objectives for CPO and branded products. Take the lead in the monthly CPO incentive program budgeting and proposals rollouts. Work with JM&A, the KMA finance department, KMF (when applicable), and the Regions to ensure successful implementations to achieve program success and the CPO annual sales target. Work with Endemic’s (Autotrader Cars.com, Cargurus, Carfax and YouTube) and other approved vendors to maximize value in the current contracts in place. Requires research and recommendations with online advertisement effectiveness and search engine optimization. Education / Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar degree. Overall Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years automotive retail, wholesale or equivalent in new & used retail operations. Directly Related Experience: OEM field experience required. Retail CPO and F&I experience is preferred. Vendor relations experience preferred. Other Requirements: 25% travel as needed. May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint. Advanced organizational, planning and negotiating skills. Project management experience; ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong oral and written communication & presentation skills. Advanced analytical skills. Comprehensive interpersonal skills with all levels of management. Advertising, endemics, and SEO knowledge and understanding. Pay Range:
