My client is a fast-growing branch of a worldwide manufacturing company, specializing in the manufacturing of precision machined components used by other manufacturers. They are a mulitnaitonal brand that speicalies in differnet sectors. umbrella. Located in the Sothernsuburbs of Chicago, this division is set for a rapid expansion, as the company is investing heavily into the future of the site.
Job Description
- Initial responsibilities would be incorporating a new product line
- Doing a lot to design the process off the jump.
- Once it's an established product line, it will be shifting to a CI position
- Everyone they have there is on the floormore than 50%
The Successful Applicant
- Good undertsaning of CNC percisoin maching (mills, lathes ect)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.
- A competitive salary, estimated between $80,000 and $95,000.
