The ideal candidate has experience supporting e-commerce projects focused on Java/Spring development. This person can sit FULLY REMOTE as long as you are comfortable working Eastern hours. SPRING BOOT DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience with Java development, must have experience with Java 8
- 3+ years creating microservices applications using Spring Boot
- Must understand microservices architecture and be able to develop self service applications
- E-commerce experience at an enterprise level
- Demonstrated experience in building Microservices leveraging APIs, containers, and automation
- Experience building REST and SOAP web services using Java
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills
- Support integration and migration work
- 80% hands on development writing Java and Spring Boot code to create microservices
- Leverage APIs, containers, and automation
- Attend daily stand ups
- Collaborate with other developers, testers, and product teams
