Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be part of the logistics department supporting the shipping operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Shipping Clerk - First Shift (M-F 6:00am-3:00pm)
Location: Cypress, CA
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Job Title: Shipping Clerk - First Shift (M-F 6:00am-3:00pm)
Location: Cypress, CA
Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
What's the Job?
- Examine outgoing shipments to ensure they meet specifications.
- Coordinate special shipping and handling requests with the shipping department and other employees.
- Affix shipping labels, identifying information, and shipping instructions onto packed cartons or containers, as required.
- Post weights and shipping charges, and affix postage.
- Prepare all domestic and international shipments.
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of some or all software such as Microsoft Office, Splunk, Endicia, and FedEx Manager is a plus.
- Experience working in a medical device manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
