Optomi, in partnership with a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Workday HCM ERP Analyst to join their dynamic HR technology team. This analyst will play a critical role in optimizing and supporting key HCM modules while driving enhancements and reducing manual processes across the enterprise. Support, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence.
Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Configure and customize the Workday system to align with evolving business needs.
Lead initiatives to reduce manual workarounds and complete previously unfinished implementations.
Support ERP-related projects and integrations, ensuring data accuracy and business continuity.
Assist in mentoring junior analysts and contribute to documentation and compliance efforts.
2–5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules.

~ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HRIS, or related field preferred.
