We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with expertise in reliability engineering and life cycle asset management, ideally from heavy industrial environments such as gas turbine power generation (simple and combined cycle). Candidates may be considered at Engineer II, III, or Senior levels depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities Lead reliability-focused engineering activities across life cycle asset management programs. Develop and manage engineering projects with a focus on safety, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Analyze plant data and test results to identify and recommend performance improvements. Design and support upgrades, equipment evaluations, and root cause investigations. Guide Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) and Predictive Maintenance initiatives. Serve as a technical lead in meetings with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers and provide work direction on engineering assignments. Support outage management and daily O&M processes; contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering preferred; must be from an ABET-accredited program. PE license in Kentucky strongly preferred. Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering experience, preferably in power generation or heavy industrial processes. Strong technical proficiency in plant operations, thermodynamics, maintenance strategies, and data analysis. Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across departments, and deliver high-quality technical documentation. Preferred Experience Background in simple and combined cycle gas turbine operations. Familiarity with RUS standards, maintenance planning tools, and reliability-centered maintenance techniques. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard engineering tools/software. Work Environment Hybrid of office and onsite power generation facility environments. Occasional travel and extended hours, including nights/weekends, as needed. Must meet physical and PPE requirements, including ability to wear a respirator and work at heights.
