Director of Junior Competitive Tennis - Full Time Tennis Professional
to lead in a dynamic tennis environment. With 65 health clubs, including 21 with tennis facilities and over 196 tennis courts (indoor/outdoor), we deliver diverse and exciting tennis programming to a large tennis and wellness audience. Each club features state-of-the-art fitness, health, and wellness amenities, including over 60 group fitness activities and top training equipment. Recognized as one of the top 4 tennis companies in the US, Genesis Tennis offers a vibrant and growth-oriented environment. Under the direction of the National Tennis Director, the main goal is to grow tennis by expanding our professional team, enhancing professional skills, and delivering high-energy programming. As the Director of Junior Competitive Tennis, you will have the opportunity to influence a large junior tennis community. We seek passionate, hardworking individuals with a dynamic personality who want to make a difference in junior competitive tennis. Location opportunities include: Wichita, KS; Salina, KS; Topeka, KS; Overland Park, KS; Kansas City, KS; Lawrence, KS; St. Joseph, MO; Omaha, NE; Lincoln, NE; Fort Collins, CO; Orlando, FL; Louisville, KY; and Des Moines, IA. Responsibilities: Serve as a passionate ambassador for tennis across all ages and levels. Maintain an average of 35 hours per week on court. Lead a team of professionals committed to improving junior competitive play. Develop and implement comprehensive junior tennis programs, tournaments, and events. Provide private and group lessons aimed at high school and college scholarship opportunities. Manage financial aspects of programs involving juniors and coaches. Ensure a safe and clean court environment. Desired Education/Experience/Qualifications: College degree preferred. 3-5+ years of tennis teaching experience. USPTA and/or PTR certification; commitment to certification. Playing level of 5.0 or higher. Ambitious, passionate, coachable, positive attitude. Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
