Access Services is hiring BCBA and BC-ABA contractors to support children and adolescents under 21 with trauma-informed ABA services.
Work involves assessments, behavior plans, skill development, and family training across home, school, and community settings.
Flexible daytime, evening, and weekend hours based on client needs; able to manage 1-12 clients.
Requirements include a Master’s degree, relevant licensure (LBS/BSL for BC-ABA, licensed behavior specialist for BCBA), post-Master’s ABA experience, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Responsibilities encompass conducting assessments, tracking progress, collaborating with families and providers, and adjusting treatment plans.
Contractor rates are $50/hr for BC-ABA and $75-$85/hr for BCBA; opportunities for career growth and supervised clinical hours are available.
