The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience and some exposure to office management, preferably within a smaller company environment and from a professional services background. This role involves supporting key Partners and ensuring the smooth operation of an office with 13 staff members. It is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and teamwork, offering a friendly, collaborative, and respectful office environment. This role includes: Providing PA support to Partners Extensive diary management Coordinating travel arrangements Managing office events such as drinks, summer party, and Christmas party Preparing reports and generating data Meeting and greeting clients, hospitality Supporting office projects, including relocations Managing suppliers and contracts Preference will be given to candidates with previous stable PA and Office Management experience within the professional services or finance sectors.
