Position Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented Office Associate for the Record Office at Lawrence Correctional Center. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate incarceration records and honoring sentencing court intent. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform sentence calculation adjustments, including revocations and good conduct credits.
- Prepare documentation related to custody status.
- Correspond with outside agencies regarding custody and sentencing.
- Maintain custody files and review for good time restoration.
- Perform other duties within scope as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of office experience.
- Keyboard accuracy of 45 WPM.
Conditions of Employment
- Pass background check and drug screening.
- Comply with vaccine and medical standards.
