The Human Resources Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for all functions in the Human Resources Department. The HR coordinator must have a high regard for customer service and integrity as they will interface daily with employees at LMH Health and on behalf of LMH externally. In addition to managing timelines and scheduling, the HR Coordinator is also responsible for project work on specialized topics across HR functions.

Responsibilities
- Provides high quality, first line information and support to employees on a wide range of HR inquiries.
- Demonstrates understanding of HR functions, healthcare compliance and related local, state, and federal regulations.
- Monitors and maintains relevant reports and distribution lists and manages special projects as assigned.
- Supports new hire on-boarding process, coordinates subpoena and other employment related requests and communications.
- Verifies employment and other employment related communications. Processes unemployment claims.
- Processes employee information and updates, maintain employee information and employment files within the HR database to ensure data access and integrity.
- Maintains and ensures confidentiality of data and employee concerns. Maintains appointments, meetings and schedules for VP, HR.
- Monitors and orders departmental supplies.
- Responsible for other duties as needed or assigned; support role for HR Department.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field OR
- Completed 2 years of college and related HR experience
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a Human Resources coordinator role, preferably in the healthcare field
