Minimum Requirements:
Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice Current LPN/LVN license in the state which services arebeing provided One year of school nurse experience, preferred One-year pediatric experience, pre Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Third grade male student Traumatic Brain Injury, Wheelchair bound Student has asthma - needs assistance with inhaler Student is in diapers - needs assistance with changing Teacher assistant is available to help Eating solid food Requires special communication skills; uses a touch screen laptop Need the LPN to ride the bus to and from the school with the student - EC Director said student lives close to the school. Nurse will leave their car the school (not park at it at the students house) Student has hard home life Benefits
