Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist looking for a fulfilling career opportunity? As an Occupational Therapist at our center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
PAY: $47 per hour +/DOE Responsibilities: - Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' needs and goals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' functional abilities, mobility, and independence.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes for residents.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding therapeutic interventions and strategies.
Qualifications: - Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in CA.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
