About Us Advanced Mobile Wound Care of Texas is a Medicare-certified provider known for exceptional patient outcomes and ethical care. We bring expert wound care directly to patients in homes, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare settings across the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW), Texas region. We are expanding our clinical team and currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) with wound care experience to join our high-performing mobile care team. What We Offer Competitive pay: $25–$40 per hour Service area: Greater Dallas–Fort Worth metro Supportive team culture focused on clinical excellence Luxury XUV car Key Responsibilities Serve as case manager for assigned patients Complete initial Start of Care (SOC) OASIS assessments and ongoing care evaluations Deliver wound care in private homes, nursing homes, or facility settings Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care plans Document visits and clinical notes via Axxess EMR Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Report patient condition changes to the Clinical Manager and ordering provider Qualifications Active RN or LVN license in the State of Texas (RN strongly preferred) 1+ year of wound care experience (required) Experience in home health, ICU, ER, or skilled nursing (preferred) Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and current CPR certification Preferred Experience RN, LVN, or MA experience in a clinical or home health setting Prior mobile or field-based patient care Case management or care coordination Screening Questions Do you hold an active Texas RN or LVN license ?
