MUST HAVES: At least 5 years of experience with hands-on desktop support and the usage of a ticketing system Knowledgeable about network connectivity and low voltage cables Strong experience with troubleshooting PCs, network and printer issues, and POS equipment Background in Windows 10 and 11 and ability to image computers and conduct refreshes Self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills
Plusses: Hospitality/Resorts experience Experience with Squirrel POS system Experience with Bomgar remote support tool
Day to day:
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Technical Analyst ( IT Field Services) to join the team of one of our large hospitality clients. This role will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and the candidate will be supporting 4 different resorts. The candidate will be supporting internal employees, handling network issues and supporting the imaging of PCs. They will conduct some device refreshes and provide IT support for the point-of-sale (POS) equipment. The individual will provide application based technical support onsite and sometimes remotely.
