*Job Summary*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Director to oversee our research and clinical laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures, scientific research, and compliance with FDA regulations. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities to manage laboratory staff, ensure quality control, and drive innovative research initiatives.

*Shift : 8 \*5 (days)*
*Duties*
* Lead and manage all laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
* Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory procedures to ensure high-quality results in both clinical and research settings.
* Oversee the analysis of samples using various laboratory techniques, including histology and other relevant methodologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scientific research projects and clinical trials.
* Ensure that all laboratory staff are trained in proper laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
* Monitor laboratory performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Stay current with advancements in laboratory technology and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge in the field.
*Requirements*
• Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous management experience or participation in management training program is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Certification as a Medical Technologist or in their specialty, under ASCP, NCA or equivalent as defined under CLIA ’88 regulations
