Exciting Inpatient Child / Adolescent Psychiatrist Opening at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center in San Antonio, TX In 7, Laurel Ridge Treatment Center opened its doors to provide specialized behavioral health care and addiction treatment on a therapeutic -acre campus, located in North Central San Antonio, Texas. Our -bed facility was designed with one mission in mind: Saving Lives, Healing Families, and Creating Hope. The facility includes a charter school, gymnasium, recreational facility, playgrounds, swimming pool, ROPES (Reality-Oriented Physical Experiential Situation Course), library, and dining room. Responsibilities
Inpatient child adolescent caseload. Admissions evaluations, treatment team leadership, daily care of patients. A fully staffed support team is ready to assist the new Physician in meeting the unique needs of patients who are experiencing psychiatric and substance abuse problems. Weekend rounding every fifth week and one overnight call (phone only) per week. Option to either Employed / W-2 (with benefits) or independent contractor. Required Education, Licensure, & Certifications
MD / DO degree from an accredited program required. Board Certified General Psychiatry required. Board certified or board eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatry strongly preferred. Licensed to practice in the State of Texas. Meets all credentialing criteria required by participating physicians. Benefits and Compensation
Competitive base salary with the ability to earn more through productivity bonus.
