Overview
The Director of Outlets is responsible for maintaining standards of food, beverage, quality guest service while ensuring multiple outlets are running smooth on a day-to-day basis.
Scheduled hours may vary weekly between Monday-Sunday. Weekdays, weekends, and holidays are required.
Requirements
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximize profitability related to the food and beverage department.
• Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department that relate to the overall objectives of the hotel.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual hotel budget.
• Ability to compile schedules for department based on staffing standards and hotel flow through.
• Ability to successfully complete payroll for department.
• Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
• Manage in compliance with Federal, state, local, and StepStone regulations and standards.
• Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.
• Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all line level duties and roles.
