This an exciting opportunity for a growing restaurant group, who has partnered with Reef, led by James Beard Award Winning located in the heart of Park City, Utah, an internationally renowned ski destination. Our two new culinary concepts in Old Town Park City consist of a 100 seat brasserie and bar, Le Depot Brasserie, and a French pastry & coffee shop, Union Patisserie.
Position Overview:
As a Le Depot bartender, you'll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You should find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktails, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks.
Opening & Ongoing Duties: Warmly great guests that sit at the bar and welcome them to the restaurant Prepare alcoholic or non-alcohol beverages for bar & restaurant patrons Learn and master Le Depot cocktail recipes Comply with all Utah DABC liquor laws & regulations Qualifications:
Must be able to work the lunch shift Must speak and read English at a strong level and have the ability to legally work in the United States Excellent mixology and guest relation skills Advanced spirits knowledge with an intermediate knowledge of wines. Utah Food Handers & Tips certification Work Experience : Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a fine dining restaurant
Education:
High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods both in the FOH area. Exert physical effort in lifting stock and supply items (1-20 lbs.). Endure changes of temperature between indoor and outdoor environments
