Position: Lead Financial Advisor
Location: Nashville, TN (On-site with occasional travel to surrounding areas)
Salary: Commission-only with draw opportunity; typical earnings $250K–$300K+ annually

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Active Series 65 (or Series 66 + 7) license
- Proven experience in financial planning or wealth management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
The Well Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Lead Financial Advisor on behalf of a retirement-focused, award-winning RIA firm based in Nashville, TN . This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced advisor ready to focus exclusively on client engagement, planning, and relationship-building—with no prospecting involved.
You'll meet with prospects at pre-set appointments throughout the Nashville metro area, including Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Franklin, and occasionally Bowling Green, KY. You’ll develop comprehensive retirement plans addressing investments, taxes, estate strategies, and risk management—all while being supported by a team that truly values your contributions and invests in your success.
