Lead PolicyCenter Business Analyst,
you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter within our clients' environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring that insurance products are delivered with high-quality standards, efficient processes, and optimal user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations. Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Work on configuring and customizing Guidewire PolicyCenter, including policy administration, rating, underwriting, and claims processes. Develop user stories, process flows, and other documentation to communicate requirements and specifications to development teams. Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure clear communication between business and IT teams. Support the quality assurance process through user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in resolving issues during the testing phases. Collaborate with the Scrum or Agile team to support iterative delivery and ensure timely completion of milestones. Provide post-implementation support and assist with training end-users on new functionalities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst in the insurance industry, particularly with Guidewire PolicyCenter. Strong understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter features and modules (Policy Administration, Rating, Underwriting, etc.). Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Expertise in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Familiarity with UAT and testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio. Knowledge of insurance business processes (especially property and casualty or P&C). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Seniority level
