AGI Autonomy is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to drive data-driven insights and analytics for our newly launched Agentic offering, Nova Act. These analytics will enable us to scale our Agent for our end customers. Own and maintain the Weekly Business Review (WBR) reporting suite, providing critical insights to leadership. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor feature performance and customer engagement. Build automated reporting for P0 metrics. Lead rapid-response analytics for escalations and customer experience issues. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines. Create dashboards and reports using tools like QuickSight for real-time monitoring. Partner with Applied Scientists and Engineers to evaluate LLM effectiveness. Build frameworks to analyze A/B test results. Develop automated monitoring systems for business-critical metrics. Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives. Basic Qualifications
8+ years of professional or military experience. 5+ years of SQL experience. Experience with large data sets, AWS technologies, scripting (Python), and data science/machine learning. Preferred Qualifications
