Join the Lawrence CJSC serving as a Lead Clinician to provide support for justice-involved individuals! As a lead clinician, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team and actively participate in treatment planning and goal setting for our clients. Requirements
Ensure all casework services comply with the policies of the Office of Community Corrections (OCC) and other regulatory agencies. Promote a culture of learning and respect, aligning with the agency's mission and strategic plan while empowering staff. Maintain participant documentation, including intake materials and reports from supervising agencies. Conduct intake assessments using appropriate tools (e.g., LS/RNR, TCUDS), evaluate risks, and develop treatment plans. Review and update treatment and transition plans monthly, providing feedback to clients. Finalize weekly utilization reports and make referrals to outside agencies as needed. Manage community-based services and conduct regular check-ins with participants. Document interactions, assign behavioral interventions, and develop discharge plans. Facilitate CBT groups, conduct audits, and utilize technology for programming. Keep participant data current in the system, oversee clinical file audits, and perform drug testing when necessary. Participate in meetings, training, and supervise staff in the absence of supervisors. Assist in staff hiring, training, and program development activities. Respect the roles of other agencies and participate in performance evaluations. Perform urine screens and other responsibilities as assigned, providing training to interns, volunteers, and new staff as needed. Additional Details
