Oversee the plumbing department, ensuring efficient operations and team development. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to meet performance and professional growth goals. Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for plumbing projects.
Plumbing Expertise
Perform and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential settings. Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues quickly and effectively. Ensure compliance with Ohio state plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional service by clearly communicating project timelines, costs, and updates. Collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams to provide integrated, customer-focused solutions.
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate records of projects, materials, and team performance. Ensure safety and quality standards are met across all projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience in residential plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair. Leadership experience with a track record of managing successful teams or departments. Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, safety protocols, and state codes. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
