Product Engineer Lead

Acceler8 Talent is searching for a Memory Product Engineering Lead to define and execute their product engineering strategy. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and customers to develop testing and validation strategies.

In this role, you would:

• Define the product Engineering strategy, including test flow, test conditions, redundancy and repair concepts, and DFT strategy.
• Identify and solve technical challenges while collaborating with and guiding other engineers.
• Work closely across departments, including design, test, product architecture, technology development, and quality.
• Develop system validation environments and test suites.
• Collaborate with customers on testing and product validation strategies.

You would be a strong candidate if you have:

• Strong experience in memory product engineering.
• Hands-on experience in memory testing (DRAM, HBM, or similar).
• Understanding of reliability metrics, manufacturing processes, and volume production.
• Experience taking products from concept to production, including test strategy, quality, and reliability.
• BSc or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience
