Title-Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer

Reason for position Organic team growth - Looking to add up to 4 resources over the next two months Team Overview Duties/Day to Day Overview Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining B2B (Business-to-Business) e-commerce solutions on the Salesforce platform. Their role includes creating customized solutions to meet the specific needs of businesses that sell products or services to other businesses. Key responsibilities include:
- Solution Design : Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable, efficient e-commerce solutions within the Salesforce environment.
- Development : Writing clean, maintainable code using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B) tools, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Customization : Configuring and customizing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud features, including product catalogs, pricing, and customer management, to meet the unique needs of B2B customers.
- Integration : Integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce with other Salesforce clouds, third-party applications, and enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and business processes.
- Testing & Debugging : Conducting thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of the e-commerce solution.
- Support & Maintenance : Providing ongoing support, maintenance, and updates to existing e-commerce solutions, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving business needs.
- Documentation : Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system design documents, user guides, and operational procedures.
- Collaboration : Working closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality e-commerce solutions.
(Must haves) Skills and Abilities:
- 3-5 years of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (formerly CloudCraze)
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)
- End to end B2B Commerce development implementation experience (service Layers, LogicLayers, Data Layers) Data Models, Customization Extensions
- Apex, Apex Data Loader, and declarative platform tools (process Builder, Visual Workflow,
- Source code control, continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD), testing, monitoring, and automation of Salesforce deployments using Copado.
- Familiarity with e-commerce best practices and B2B sales processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
