Drive technology development and ensure timely, budget-compliant project completion. Design, develop, analyze, document, and support testing of products, systems, or subsystems. Complete technical projects independently, mentor engineers, review specifications, and develop designs supporting customer needs, including cost considerations. Provide input on budget, cost, and schedule for design tasks. Document specifications and material requirements for components and subsystems. Specify and evaluate supplier components, subsystems, and services. Support design-to-cost and design-for-manufacture initiatives. Develop prototypes to mitigate development risks. Communicate effectively with manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and customers. Participate in preparing complex proposals. Provide technical expertise and support to team members. Coordinate with management, professionals, technicians, and support staff on technical activities. Mentor and coach less experienced engineers as needed. Support and promote the organization's mission, values, and culture. Attend engineering, customer, or business meetings. Engage in analysis, design, development, and implementation of systems/sub-systems, including architectural design and requirements engineering. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 8 years of experience; mastery of relevant technologies and domain knowledge. Knowledge and experience across multiple engineering disciplines. Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and dashboards is preferred.
