Position Details

Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually + benefits

Key Duties

Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups. Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment strategies. Use evidence-based interventions to address relational and behavioral concerns. Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with management and clinical teams to optimize care delivery.

Requirements

Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Active LMFT license in California. Strong communication and clinical assessment skills. Experience in therapeutic intervention planning.
