Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Lead, mentor, and support staff to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Manage budgets, financial reports, and resources to ensure the financial health of the facility.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and operational efficiency.
Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
Regular travel to New Jersey facilities to ensure consistency and high standards across locations.
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Qualifications:
Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification in New Jersey.
Must have experience in nursing home administration.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to New Jersey.
