****There is a $10,000 sign on bonus for full time and $5,000 sign on bonus for part time Licensed Practical Nurse****Willing to train new Grads!!Description: The Primary Care Services Licensed Practical Nurse is a care provider who assumes responsibility and accountability for their patients within the limits of their education and the Nurse Practice Act taking into account the individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. The limits of the Licensed Practical Nurse's responsibility is defined by Hospital policy in keeping with the New York State Code, Rules and Regulations and the New York State Education Department.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program or completion of required components to satisfy LPN licensing examination.Valid New York State registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse.Basic Life Support within sixty (60) days of hire.Possess current experience in venipuncture, administration of PFT's, EKG's, Nebulizer treatments, pulse oximetry and keyboarding.Possess vaccine experience and familiarity with administering pediatric vaccinations.Prefer one (1) or more year's previous Physician Office experience or previous experience in an outpatient setting.Status: 7:00am - 7:00pm (24 hours)Rate of Pay: $25.01 - $29.55 per hour.
